A few things to think about before your consultant arrives.
Make a short wish list
Note what you would like to feel easier or more comfortable, and any questions you want to ask. You do not need to know the product names or technical terms.
Bring someone along
A family member or friend is welcome to join you. They can help compare options, remember questions and think through how a new chair or bed will fit into your everyday routine.
Take your time
Your visit is free and there is no obligation to buy. Try the controls, look at fabric samples and ask about delivery, aftercare and the exact price of the options you are considering.
