Terms and conditions

Please read these terms when using this website. They explain the current enquiry previews and the information you should receive before placing an order.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Before live services begin

Enquiry forms are currently previews. Company registration, verified contact details and operational policies still need confirmation before live trading.

Website operator and scope

This website is operated under the Wellstead Mobility brand. The legal operator, registered address, company number and any applicable regulatory details must be confirmed before live trading. These terms cover website use; they do not replace the order-specific terms that must be supplied before a purchase.

Enquiries are not orders

The website currently provides front-end previews only. Completing a quiz, home-visit form or brochure form does not place an order, reserve an appointment or create a purchase contract. No payment is taken on the website, and no message or request is sent by the preview forms.

Product information and photographs

Product information is provided to help you research options. Some specifications and business details are awaiting confirmation. Lifestyle photographs illustrate settings and use; they are not a promise that a particular model, colour or accessory will match the photograph. Check the exact model, measurements, fabric, features, suitability and availability with the supplier before committing to an order.

Information on this site is not medical advice. If you have concerns about suitability, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional. Follow the product's instructions and any applicable rules for scooter use.

Before an order is agreed

You must receive clear information about the seller, agreed specification, full price including any applicable tax, delivery and installation, payment arrangements, cancellation rights, aftercare and complaint handling before you buy. Nothing on this website removes those requirements. Delivery dates, guarantees and removal services should be confirmed in writing rather than assumed from preview content.

Cancellation and returns

For many contracts agreed online, by telephone or at home, UK law provides a 14-day cancellation period. For goods, this usually runs from the day after you or your nominated recipient receives them. If the right applies, tell the seller clearly within the cancellation period and normally return the goods within a further 14 days. The seller must explain the return process and any return costs before the contract is made.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised can be exempt from the change-of-mind cancellation right. A standard item does not become exempt merely because it is ordered for you. The seller must make any valid exemption clear before purchase. No exemption removes your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet the contract.

Where the statutory right applies, refunds normally include the basic outbound delivery cost and must follow statutory timescales. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Order-specific instructions and cancellation contact details must be supplied by the seller.

Faulty goods and statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where the law applies, you may have a short-term right to reject within 30 days, followed by rights to repair or replacement and, in appropriate circumstances, a price reduction or final rejection. A manufacturer's or seller's guarantee is additional to these rights, not a substitute for them.

Finance and VAT relief

Any finance offer requires confirmed provider details, eligibility checks, full disclosures and applicable permissions. This website does not currently accept finance applications. Do not rely on unconfirmed finance examples or regulatory information. VAT relief is available only where the customer and product meet the applicable legal requirements; it is not automatic and must be checked before an order.

Using the website fairly

Please do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or copy content for commercial use without permission. You may browse, print and save information for your own research. Third-party links are supplied for convenience; their operators are responsible for their own sites.

Responsibility and applicable law

We aim to keep this website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

The law and jurisdiction for a purchase must be confirmed in the seller's final terms. These website terms do not prevent UK consumers from relying on mandatory local protections or bringing a claim in a court available to them by law.
