Accessibility statement

We want the website to be comfortable to use, whether you browse with a mouse, keyboard, magnification or assistive technology.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Before live services begin

Enquiry forms are currently previews. Company registration, verified contact details and operational policies still need confirmation before live trading.

Our approach

Our aim is to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an accessibility goal, not a claim of certification or full conformance. An independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed.

  • Readable body text, clear headings and generously sized controls.
  • Labels and error messages on enquiry forms.
  • Keyboard focus indicators and a skip-to-main-content link.
  • Alternative text for meaningful photographs and reduced motion where your device requests it.
  • Cookie choices with keyboard-accessible controls and a settings window that manages focus.

Known limitations

Some coral buttons with white lettering may not meet the minimum contrast ratio for smaller text; those colour combinations need further assessment. The brochure exit-offer window and some enquiry form error associations also need a full keyboard and screen-reader review. Product specifications and legal contact information are not yet finalised.

We have not yet completed a comprehensive screen-reader, voice-control, high-zoom or cross-browser audit. We cannot currently claim that every page or interaction meets every WCAG requirement.

Adjusting your view

You can use your browser's zoom and your device's accessibility settings to enlarge text or change how the page is displayed. The website is intended to adapt to narrower screens and enlarged text. If anything becomes hidden or difficult to operate, please report the page and what you were trying to do.

Requesting help or an alternative format

A verified accessibility contact email and telephone number must be added before launch. When available, you can use them to report a barrier or request information in a different format. Include the page address, the problem and your preferred way to receive a reply; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

Reviewing accessibility

This statement was prepared on the date shown above from the site's current design and implementation. We will update it after further testing and when barriers are addressed. Feedback and independent testing will help prioritise improvements.
