Is the home visit really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation to buy anything. Your consultant is there to listen, measure and let you try things in your own home.
How long does delivery take?
Because most products are made to your measurements, delivery is usually within [X–X] weeks. Your consultant will give you a delivery estimate at your visit.
Will you set everything up for me?
Yes. Our two-person team brings your furniture to the room you choose, sets it up, shows you how everything works and takes the packaging away.
Can I buy without paying VAT?
If you have a long-term illness or disability, you may be able to buy eligible products without VAT. Your consultant can explain whether this applies to you.
Can you take away my old chair or bed?
Yes, we can remove your old furniture when we deliver. Just let your consultant know at your visit.
Can a family member be there for the visit?
Of course. Many customers like a son, daughter or friend to join them, in person or on the phone.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?
